Hey everyone!  I get asked a lot about “what does the L stand for in L-Yoga Flow?”  The L is for the Law of Attraction Teachings that I incorporate into each class.

L-Yoga Flow is a “very alive” method, as I tell my clients, I’m constantly looking for the best tools and techniques to incorporate into the my sessions with them so they can really be immersed in the energy that they’re looking to attract in.  L-Yoga Flow is really about creating the emotion and feeling behind your goals, “being” that energy, and attracting more of it.  You simply do this through focusing on it.  We mentally and emotionally focus on this as we move from pose to pose.   According to www.brainsync.com – three great steps to helping you manifest what you want:

Enter your imagination.  Imagine what you long for, what’s missing, what would make you feel fulfilled and satisfied.  Imagine it’s there, present in your life right now.

Give yourself permission to yearn. Yearning is a powerful energy that you can use to bring your desires into reality. Don’t be afraid that “you won’t get what you want”.  When you give yourself permission to feel the longing of your heart, you open up to receive it.

Embody the fulfillment of your desire. Engage all your senses. Feel it in your body as if it were real. The subconscious doesn’t know the difference between what’s real or imagined.  This is very different from visualizing. It’s a whole body-mind experience.

Take 5-10 minutes each day to do this for what it is that you’d really like right now in your life.  Then take action around it.  Take action is if it’s already there and have faith that it’s coming 🙂
