Hey everyone!  It’s been way too long since I’ve blogged on here!  To be honest I’ve been completely stuck about what I want to share on here and what you guys would like to see…so what happened – I did nothing!

I’m finding that sometimes the best thing to do when you’re stuck with anything in your life is to just MOVE.  Literally.  Whether it’s exercise, get in the car and drive, try something new you’ve never done, or begin that big project that you don’t have clarity on yet.  A lot of times just taking action will make the path clearer.  Knowing what you don’t want serves a purpose, it’ll get you closer to what you do want.

Also don’t be afraid to reach out to your friends, family, cyberfriends, whomever for love and support!  I’ve been on a path of healing since my early 20’s and am passionate about sharing what works for me and what I love, but sometimes I don’t have it figured out and need some guidance, help, or just plain support for where I’m at.  The most helpful thing I’ve discovered is that no one has it all figured out, we all have gifts and talents to share with the world, but even mentors need mentors and teachers need teachers.  Learning and growing for me has become a path of embracing and accepting all of myself – the parts that I think rock! and are sharing with the world and the parts of me that I’m just learning to accept.  Acceptance isn’t giving up, it’s embracing all of you so nothing has power over you except you.

Some staples to the L-Yoga Flow method:  Be grateful!  Especially when you’re not!  I’m not always happy or on, and that’s when you need it the most!  Get back to the truth of the beauty of life and start counting your blessings!  Also our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs are our power – take time to discover yours and not just the pretty ones!  It’s okay to look at things you didn’t realized you believed or things that you tell yourself that sound f***ed up.  We all do it.  I do it.  But once you recognize it, you have the power to change it.  You can change it through a myriad of ways – affirmations, prayers, eft, etc…I personally use affirmations, eft, and as of late the Ho’oponopono Method during my L-Yoga Flow practice.  No matter where you’re at and what you’re doing, you have the power to change it.  Be kind to yourself in the process, just take one step, sometimes any step, and that will get you moving in the direction you want.
