Beginning March 9-31st the meditation of the month will help you to break through any patterns that no longer serve you and prepare you for moving into spring feeling your best. It comes from Kundalini yoga and it’s called “Meditation to break addictions.”

This is an extremely powerful meditation. Those of you who choose to join us will be thrilled that you did. Start with 5 minutes and slowly increase the time over the 22 days. The more you give it, the more it will give you. Share with us your experience on here or on our social media pages.
