I often hear things like “I can’t do yoga, I’m not flexible” or “I’ve never done it, it’ll be too hard.”  This couldn’t be further from the truth.  As a yoga practitioner and teacher yoga is about one thing – breathing.  Everything else is just to help you focus on your breath.  I always jokingly tell people “if you can breathe and listen to me talk for an hour, then you should come to my class.”  Funny, but true.

I created L-Yoga Flow to be accessible by everyone.  Most of the people who practice my method started off completely new.  But most importantly I wanted L-Yoga Flow to be beginner friendly and also appealing to those who are into Law of Attraction and other self-empowering techniques.  I always show modifications so no matter what your physical condition is you can “do” the pose.  Can you come if you already practice yoga?  Absolutely.  It’s great to learn a few new twists that you may begin incorporating into your practice regularly.  Also as an avid practitioner you know that there is no beginning pose since it’s all about the breath.

Whether it’s your first class or you’re a weekly practitioner, it’s so exciting as the creator of this method to have people come and begin to learn what’s been such a huge part of my life.  It doesn’t matter how you look doing the pose, sometimes I’ll hear comments or people comparing themselves to others in the room or how they look doing it and I remind everyone that “yoga isn’t about being pretty.”  It’s interesting how sometimes insecurities reveal themselves when you get on the yoga mat.   I understand how they feel cause I have insecurities too lol.  But it’s not about that.  It’s about knowing you deserve to feel good and L-Yoga Flow helps you do that.
