Hey Everyone!  I hope last week’s challenge of writing in your gratitude journal for 5 minutes every day helped everyone to start their day feeling good.  Being grateful for everything you have, especially during the tough times, is key to helping you move towards what you want in life.  NOTHING is more important than feeling good, because when we feel good we’re attracting what we want…which is the key to all of this.  Of course when you’re feeling down, going through work stress, a break up, etc…it’s natural to not feel good.  I’ve been there and can still “get there”.  That’s when it’s more important than ever to keep up a positive practice.  Everything you really want in life is on the side of feeling good.  Make it a priority for yourself to always be reaching for that better feeling.  It will become easier I promise.  NOTHING is more important than feeling good because that’s your power.  That contains everything you’ve been wanting and more.

This week’s challenge in addition to writing in your gratitude journal, is starting your day off with something that inspires you.  Just a few minutes, 5 to 10 minutes, when you wake up and before you go to work to get you feeling better!  This could be anything that makes you feel more capable, confident, hopeful, optimistic, peaceful, loving, etc…It could be reading part of a favorite book, listening to music, finding something inspiring to watch or listen to.  I personally love to start my day by listening to this; it sums up so much of what I believe in and who I am  – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5nVqeVhgQE.   Find what drives you and makes you feel passionate about life.  You really deserve it.  You’ll thank yourself.
